HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE

Exchange a product of Return/Exchange is fast and easy.

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be new & unused condition and in the original packaging.

Returned products must not be damaged.

The original shipping fee is not refundable. Once your return is received and inspected by our staff.

All returns/exchanges must be undamaged, intact, in original condition, and contain all original contents. 

HOW TO REFUND

Refund process shall only be via the original payment method.

Products must not be damaged, must be in the same condition as when you received them, and must be in the original box and/or packaging.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

PITAKA returning products should not in condition of

- Damage packaging

- Missing content from original packaging

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in condition where the company was at fault (such as manufacturing defect or wrong item sent due to PITAKA Malaysia's error).

Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in the condition where the company was at fault (such as manufacturing defect or wrong item sent due to PITAKA Malaysia’s error).

We recommend that you insure your return package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation since PITAKAMalaysia is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

  • Normal wear and tear of Product use
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
  • Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • Product that has been modified or altered
